·        Installed a Homeless Management Information System (CHIN).  The 20 local users share data with other social services agencies throughout North Carolina counties.

·        Installed a HIPPA Compliant Medical Database (SOAPware), with remote access capabilities for doctors.

·        Designed & developed a Custom Insurance Database.  This includes daily updates from proprietary systems (AgencyWorks), and full custom reporting.

·        Installed an Online Donor Management System (eTapestry).  We provided training, and migration of 28,000 accounts and 300,000 donor records with no loss of data and no business downtime.    

·        Developed custom Web to Outlook Applications.  We transform web data into standard Outlook Contact records and PDF files for easy access – every day.   We turn ‘Data on the Web’ into ‘Data on your Desktop’.
